Return Policy

We accept returns within 48 hours of delivery for a refund.
Any returns sent 48 hours from the delivery date will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and all items must be sent back in their original condition.
Please note: original shipping fees are non-refundable.


How to Start a Return

Before sending anything back, please reach out to us at contact@shopzapstone.com or through Whatsapp; (350) 224-7879 to confirm that your order is eligible for a return.

When you reach out, include:

  • Your reason for the return

  • Your order number

Once your return is approved, pack the item securely—preferably in the original packaging—and include your packing slip/proof of purchase.


Refunds

Refunds are issued once we receive and inspect the returned item(s).
If approved, we will refund the original purchase amount (excluding shipping cost).
Please allow up to 10 business days for the credit to appear on your account.


The times for preparing your purchase and delivery by the courier service are estimated and may vary depending on various internal and external factors.

Zapstone accepts no responsibility for packages delivered to incorrect addresses; we ask you to check and ensure that the shipping address is correct.
