All orders are shipped with insurance coverage. While issues during transit are very uncommon, we ask that you inspect your package promptly upon delivery.

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery in original conditions. Returns made by choice will incur a 10% restocking charge. Customers are also responsible for covering the cost of shipping the item back.

To allow us to file a claim with the carrier and resolve the issue quickly, please keep the item, box, and all packing materials until the claim has been reviewed. Once the claim is processed, we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
