This pedestal bowl is just as the photo shows it and is very well carved. The owner, Fernando, quickly provided me with answers to all of my questions, even sending new photos to clarify the color. I am happy to buy beautiful and well-made items from craftspeople who do this kind of work and who keep these arts alive. The piece was very well protected in a variety of cushioning. It did take a while to unwrap but the anticipation was great!

The tequila tasting set is absolutely magnificent! The quality, beauty and fine craftmanship were exceeded only by Fernando's exceptional service! I highly recommend this fabulous Etsy Seller if you want a unique gift for anyone, including yourself!

The chess pieces are beautiful and match the pictures perfectly. The pieces were carefully wrapped and all arrived safely.

This is a beautiful sink!

At first looking at this item I didn't know if it was Ai slop or not. So I looked at the sellers page and saw a lot of sells and great reviews which inspired me to write my own. The sink is 1 of 1 from the picture and looks fantastic. It got here quicker than expected and looked beautiful upon arrival. Being well packaged and wrapped securely I had no doubts when unwrapping it. One of my best purchases from this app and would highly recommend this seller to anyone wanting to spice there sink Game up! Also talked to the seller and they kindly let me know that the sink is not sealed and it would be best to seal it so that way soap scum can't build up in the sink. I really appreciate the seller letting me go my own route by not sealing the sink this gives me more freedom to use the sealer I want. Overall can't wait to install this!

Item was as described. Seller was very quick in answering all questions. Item arrived in tact. I was worried about possible shipping damage since it’s fragile. I have not installed the sink yet so I cannot say how the drain hole will work etc., but the item is beautiful and unique.

Have been in contact with seller since item was poorly packaged and arrived totally shattered. Waiting for replacement sink to ship. Delaying my project (and plumber’s timeline). Will hold off review until it arrives. Replacement arrived today and was extremely well packaged this time. Seller was very communicative and expressed appreciation for my patience in needing this replacement. Although my renovation timeline and visits from my plumber are affected, I truly feel Zapstone worked hard to make it right. I still need to wait for installation so will come back to add a photo and the final star.
